The first time I heard about the Shred 10 was back in August not long after being introduced to Juice Plus. Juice Plus Foodies love their Shred 10! After doing it for the ten days, I can totally see why. The Shred10 program focuses on shedding unhealthy habits and creating new ones ones. For 10 days, you’ll eliminate foods and habits that contribute to lower energy and you’ll focus on adding new ones that will lead to vibrant health.
Like I said in my previous post, it’s hard to know what makes you feel healthy if you don’t know what healthy feels like. It’s hard to know what’s dragging you down and making you tired or giving you digestive issues if you don’t know what not having those issues feels like. The Shred 10 really helped me to pin point some of the foods that weren’t working for me.
I like to think of the Shred10 as a 10 day cleanse that leaves you rejuvenated and doesn’t starve you half out of your mind. It helps you to jump start a better way of eating and living. For 10 days we flood our bodies with the nutrition from fruits and vegetables, eat clean meals, drink two shakes a day and adopt habits that will support our health journey. People who may already be at their goal weight can use this as their routine maintenance. For people who want to lose weight, it’s a great catalyst for change. The last Shred 10 I did, I lost 4 lbs in the ten days! That was a really big deal for me, but it’s not just about the weight loss. There are so many other benefits as well.
